Animesh Mukhopadhyay is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 25 years of experience. He holds a post-qualification certification in Information Systems Audit and is a qualified Insolvency Professional, as well as a member of the Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals – ICAI.

His main areas of expertise include Social Sector Audits & Impact Assessments, Corporate Laws, Mergers & Acquisitions, and matters related to US Corporate Laws and Investment Opportunities. Animesh has represented companies on various issues at the former Company Law Board and currently at NCLT benches in regions including West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, North Eastern India, Orissa, Mumbai, and Delhi. He also trains on corporate laws and compliance and mentors MSMEs and startup ventures across India.

He has served as the Past President of Accountants’ Library, one of the oldest associations of Chartered Accountants since 1947, and is a member of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs' panel of Mediators and Conciliators for the Eastern Region. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Animesh is a prolific poet who primarily writes in Bengali.
